Our employees are the backbone of our organization and our most important asset.  EMI makes providing and working in a safe environment a top priority.

WE have in place a comprehensive job site safety program where the main objective is to train to our standards and instill in every staff member the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

EMI’s commitment to safety extends through all ranks, from management to field personnel to office staff.  We begin each construction season with a mandatory full-staff safety meeting and project superintendents and managers attend OSHA and industry-sponsored safety training sessions regularly.  Additionally, we hold weekly project meetings where safety is discussed and we conduct safety audits and incident monitoring throughout the year. 

We welcome frequent job-site visits and consultation from safety professionals representing governmental agencies and insurance carrier.
