EMI Guide Rail, LLC is a specialty heavy and highway contractor providing bridge rail, guide rail, highway sign installation and erection and shoulder backup work for contractors and highway agencies throughout New York State.  EMI’s projects, either as a subcontractor or prime contractor, encompass guide rail and/or sign work on state and county roads and highways, as well as commercial, municipal and corporate facilities, retail developments and airports. EMI is bonded and insured by the St. Paul Travelers Companies.
